Terms of Service

Spoke & Hub is a small mobile bicycle repair crew, owned and dispatched by Allison. A mechanic comes to you: your home, office, or the corner where the bus shelters you, with parts and tools on board. Eastside neighborhoods are served Mondays and Wednesdays; Westside neighborhoods are served Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Submitting a repair request holds a time window for you, but it is a request until the crew confirms it. You'll get a request code right away. Enter it any time on the Track page to see live status and ETA.

A $20 dispatch deposit reserves your arrival window and is credited toward your final invoice. It exists for an honest reason: a no-show costs a mobile mechanic a trip across the river and a slot another rider could have used.

Note: no payment is collected in this demonstration build.

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your window. Inside 12 hours, or if nobody answers at the curb, the deposit is forfeited. The travel time is real and can't be resold.

Prices shown are estimates based on the repair type you select. Your mechanic confirms the final price after looking over the bike, and no additional work starts without your OK. No travel fees. The deposit covers the trip.

Repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. If something we adjusted or installed isn't right, we come back and make it right at no charge.

We treat every bike like our own, but cycling carries inherent risk. Spoke & Hub is not liable for damage to components with pre-existing wear, or for incidents arising after a completed repair was ridden away.
